Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas are the four counties constituting the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater areas - better known as Tampa Bay. Further south, Manatee and Sarasota counties are highlighted by areas such as Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Lakewood Ranch.

St. Petersburg, the 5th largest city in Florida, is located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. Downtown St. Petersburg is the city’s heart with homes located on both the North and South side of town. Recent growth of the downtown area, including the $80M renovation of the St Pete Pier, has further enhanced the downtown’s growing social scene with St Pete now known as one of the most vibrant and walkable downtowns in Florida. ANNA MARIA ISLAND AND HOLMES BEACH

The coastal community of Sarasota lies approximately an hour South of Tampa.
